Vinyl Plastisol Dip Coating is a heavy liquid made of PVC and plasticizer. The part to be coated is pre-heated and then dipped in Plastisol. After coating the part is cured to fuse the plastisol and become a flexible, permanently plasticized, thermoplastic coating. Coating thickness can range from 10-250 mils depending upon the part.
